These photos, for this particular series were inspired by a beautiful day and the beautiful scenery of Lake Champlain in August of 2005.

These wet boats,...

They were here before I got to this place to take pictures of them and since that time, they have moved to other places.

Where I do not know.

Some of them may have returned to where they were when I took pictures of them. Perhaps that is why people make so many allegorical references to boats and ships and vessels that travel on the water.-because they can relate to the many people they have encountered on THE ROAD OF LIFE...

Maybe they just really really want to go out and catch a big fish and just cut it's guts out and fry it up and eat it.
